The site is cleared. The sewer and water lines are in. |
The cistern has been placed in the ground. |
Rick's truck looks amazingly clean on a very muddy site! The stakes marking the outline of the house are in. |
The ground has been leveled, the gravel has been put in place and the cover over the water pump house can be seen. |
Rick's truck and trailer are behind the location of the house. The survey is done and the layout of the metal pilings is in place. |
The pile driver puts in the first piling. |
The pilings are in place and the plastic is down, ready for the house to be moved in. Yes, that is snow on the ground. |
The first half is slid into place. |
And the second half is moved in. |
Last minute touches before joining the two halves together. |

The kitchen comes complete with appliances. |
The join in the floor is about to be covered over and everything appears to fit! |

This is the finished house that Rick built, now with garage! |
