The south west section of the city of Edmonton was hit with a massive hail storm in the afternoon of July 6, 2004. The pictures show some of the effects. The white stuff is all hail that damaged cars, stopped traffic and caused many houses to flood their basements. The hail came down so fast that it plugged drains and built up in low spots especially on roads. Not sure who took the pictures.
